The Rental is a horror film( kind of), about 2 couples who all rent an AirBnB together to celebrate a big Business move. The two men are brothers, and one is married with his wife, but he also works with his brother's girlfriend who also is there on the trip. You can tell a few things about this film right away; one is that there is some tension/attraction between the couples, and two it is very clear that someone is watching at the house they are renting.
I actually really enjoyed this film quite a bit. It is a very strange horror film in that for first two-thirds of the film there really isn't much horror at all and it is mostly about the relationships in the house which I found to be very interesting. I almost forgot I was watching a horror film as I was very interested in how the relationships were going to turn out. When the horror does finally come towards the end of the film, it is very good but almost not enough in my opinion. Either way it is a really good film that I highly recommend.
