Highly entertaining, juicy and campy and gripping, like The Godfather reimagined as a soap opera.
There are several excellent performances, but Lady Gaga is especially excellent (playing a character that is halfway between Lady Macbeth and Sharon Stone from Casino), as is a barely recognizable (and hilarious) Jared Leto.
