#Wrathofman Besides the presence of Jason Statham, WRATH OF MAN feels absolutely nothing like a Guy Ritchie movie. For starters, it’s set in Los Angeles, and secondly it has absolutely none of the cheeky humor that ordinarily typifies his films. Having never been a huge fan nor a huge detractor of his, it worked ok for me. This is a dark, bleak, ugly, and violent movie, but it’s also extremely well-made, unpredictable, and involving, with some stunningly good action scenes. A very solid revenge movie that takes several unexpected turns, I liked it a lot. Felt GREAT to be back at a movie theater!!
