Project Power 2020 ★★★
Project Power stars Jamie Foxx, Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Dominique Fishback, and is set in New Orleans. The films is about a new drug on the market called "Power" that when taken can either give you amazing Superpower for 5 minutes( Invisible, being on fire, superhuman strength, etc..) or you can explode instantly as well. Basically Joseph's character is a cop who is tasked with helping to crack down on the new drug and Jamie's character is looking for the main source of the drug as well. The girl is a Power drug dealer who ends up caught in the middle.
I really, really enjoyed the first 20-30 minutes of the film as it was very intense, however I felt the middle and end of the film could have been a little better. Overall not a bad film however.
