Save Yourselves! 2020 ★★★
Save Yourselves! is a film about a New York, Hipster couple who have been in a bit of a rut. They both are very into Social Media or are always on their cell phones. A friend presents them with an opportunity to stay at a cabin up north and they decide to take him up on this offer to disconnect from their Social Media and devices, and reconnect with each other. However while at the cabin they soon learn of an invasion that has taken place.
This film is part sci-fi and party comedy. It is very light and and you can tell the budget was somewhat small. However they do make pretty good use of what they had to work with. The film reminded me of Critters in many ways. I enjoyed it overall but can't say that I loved it.
