The Wretched 2019 ★★★
The Wretched is a horror film about a creepy witch who possesses bodies and eats children. That's basically all you need to know.
Overall not a bad film but it reminded of too many other films that I enjoyed more about "the scary next door neighbors" such as Disturbia, The Burbs or Fright Night. This one also has a family that is possessed by a witch and the next door neighbor who is a teenage boy thinks there is something wrong with the family but of course his own family and friends don't believe him. Sound familiar? Of course it does. It isn't a bad film but pretty forgettable if you ask me.
