Unpregnant 2020 ★★½

Watched Sep 27, 2020

Unpregnant is about a Teenage girl who finds out she is pregnant but decides to have an abortion and seeks the help of her old friend who has a car (even though they are not really friends anymore) to drive her from Missouri to New Mexico, as this is the closest place where she can get an abortion without a Parent's consent.

The first 30-45 minutes of this film is really good, as it starts off as a fun and funny road trip film, but is centered around a very serious topic that most people are either on side of the other when it comes to Abortion. After the first 45 minutes of the film it takes a turn into a wacky over the top sequence and never really recovers for me. Overall the film was forgettable and just ok.
