Vampires vs, The Bronx is about a group of kids living in the Bronx, New York who notice that many of their local storefronts and building are being bought out by a very secret organization, who are owned by Vampires! The kids start noticing that many of their local Business/Shop Owners have left unexpectedly, or have just simply disappeared and they take it upon themselves to investigate what might be happening in their community. The film itself is basically a metaphor for Gentrification, but in Vampire form.
Overall it is an enjoyable film, however, it doesn't really offer much in originality as it reminded me a lot of The Monster Squad or even moreso The Lost Boys. The first 2/3rds of the film is pretty entertaining and funny in parts, but it does lose a bit of steam towards the end.
