Extraction 2020 ★★★½
Extraction is Netflix film that stars Chris Hemsworth as a Mercenary hired by a Drug Kingpin to "Extract" his kidnapped teenage boy, who is being held for ransom by another rival Kingpin. Once he is able to get the kid, he is then doubled-crossed and ends up being chased by both rival Kingpins' people, and him and the boy are on the run, fighting to survive.
I really enjoyed this film. It is far from perfect but for an Action junkie like myself it was right up my alley. The film only take place over 2 days so there isn't much room for character development, but the action is on point. It reminds me of a cross between a John Wick film and Black Hawk Down where every person the encounter is trying to kill them and the bloodletting is insane! If you enjoy a good action flick then I highly recommend!
