Biggie: I Got a Story to Tell is a Documentary Film that is mostly of filmed footage and photos of Christopher "The Notorious Big" Wallace. The film mostly centers around his upbringing in New York, with the crew or friends he grew up with, as well as his Jamaican Roots where is mother was born.
I've seen several films about Biggie and Tupac and so I was a bit skeptical about this film as I felt that their stories are a bit played out. I felt almost every avenue regarding their lives have already been covered. To my surprise there was lots of new footage that was shot at many of his concerts along with many interviews of people who inspired Biggie as well as his friends he grew up with. I really did enjoy this Documentary film quite a bit and liked the fact that it didn't focus too much on the Biggie/Tupac beef and the mystery surrounding both of their deaths. I definitely recommend checking this film out.
