Kierre's Review of Copshop 2021 ★★★★
Copshop is a freaking action-packed blast!!!!
The film stars Frank Grillo as a man named Teddy who is clearly running from someone or something. When his bullet-ridden car breaks down, he gets out and runs to the nearest town and then assaults a Police Officer to get himself arrested. However, the man chasing him (played by Gerard Butler), also gets himself thrown into the same jail.
I won't go too into what happens after, but we do slowly find out why Teddy is being chased. The film does take a little while to get going but once the blood-letting starts, it is basically non-stop! This film was just so much fun and such a rush for any action junkie like myself. Grillo and Butler are both great in this film but there is a character who shows up about midway through the film that steals the show. You will know him when you see him, trust me! I enjoyed the hell out of this film and it is a strong contender for my Top 10 list for 2021! I highly recommend this film!
