Eternals is the latest Marvel film, that is post-"Avengers: End Game" about a new group of Alien Superheroes that have different powers including shapeshifting, enhanced strength, turning objects into dust, and a guy that is basically a "Superman" ripoff or better yet a "Homelander" clone from "The Boys'. The film does have an all-star cast including Angelina Jolie, Kumail Nanjiani, Brian Tyree Henry, Salma Hayek and Kit Harington.
I personally wasn't a big fan of his film. For one it boasts a 2 and a half hour runtime that I felt was unnecessary and too many flashbacks of like 500 BC as well. You barely learn anything about the 9 or 10 main characters and villains are just CGI Dinosaurs. I found the film to be somewhat boring and I didn't really care about any of the characters as their was no real build up for most of them and the whole movie felt like a watered-down Avengers film. I appreciate Marvel trying to bring in new Superheroes but these Eternals were just lame! I say pass on this one folks!
