Fear Street: 1666 is part three of the Fear Street Trilogy. In the previous two films set in 1994 and 1978 respectively, we learn about a curse of a witch that is placed on a town where people are randomly chosen and then possessed to become a serial killer at the hands of a witch. In this part we learn the origins of the witch and how the curse came about.
I really enjoyed this film quite a bit. This film really tied all three films together in a vey unexpected way which I didn't see coming. I felt this film was the best of the series on my opinion. I personally always love a good film with an expected twist. Like the previous two films this film was also influenced by other films I've seen in the past but I didn't mind it at all. I highly recommend watching all three films now streaming on Netflix!
