#godzillavskong Godzilla vs. Kong is a film about well...the epic battle of Godzilla vs. King Kong. There have been a few films leading up to this fight, which include "Kong: Skull Island" and "Godzilla: King of Monster" but in this film we finally get to see what happens when they actually face each other. The film starts off with a secret Tech facility called Apex which is attacked by Godzilla and then cuts to Kong being held captive in another facility. The plot is a bit messy as for some reason a team of researches needs Kong to travel to the Center of the Earth in order to find a Power source that is somehow connected to Kong, Godzilla and the other monsters from various films. Without giving away too much plot (although with a film like this, is a plot really needed) there is a battle on the way and a few more fights throughout the film as well, leading up to the big battle we are all waiting for. While I did enjoy the film, it is the kind of film where the people get in the way, basically. You don't really care about the storyline of the actors, you just want to see Kong and Godzilla fight and destroy and smash things. Fortunately, there is enough action to keep you entertained.
