Old is a latest film from M. Night Shyamalan, which is another thriller/horror film with always a twist of some sort. In this film, different families are invited to a private resort via online. When they get there a number of these families are also invited to a private beach that is considered to be an oasis. Upon getting to the beach they notice several things odd about this beach. For one, anytime they try to leave the beach by going back the way they came, they end up blacking out and being returned to the beach. If they try to swim away, the same thing happens. Also they notice the kids are starting age rapidly going from the age of 8 years old to what appears to be the age of 14 years old in a matter of hours. Even the adults faces are starting to get more wrinkles and lines.
That's about the most I can say about this film without going into spoilers. What I can say is that the movie starts off interesting but I was ready for it to be over by the end as it becomes pretty predictable and repetitive by the end. There is of course a twist, as is the case in all of his films, but this one wasn't as good as some of his other films in my opinion.
