Psycho Goreman is a film about a family (brother and sister) who while playing a made up game accidently unlock an Intergalactic Demon who has been living under ground locked in basically a tomb for thousands of years. They remove a stone that unleashes the Demon who is hell bend on murder and destruction of anyone or anything that comes into his path. The only thing that he submits to is the stone which the little girl possesses. The Demon really has no name, so they name him "Psycho Goreman" or PG for short.
He is a very bad guy and informs the children as well as their parents that he will kill them all as soon as he retrieves the stone back from them. He even elicits the help of his old minions from another planet to come to earth to kill the children in order to get back the stone. Meanwhile the Monsters who put him into the tomb on earth find out he is arisen and send their best fighter to earth to finish the job.
This a very cheesy and silly film. It is a cross between Mighty Morphin Power Rangers and those old cheesy horror films from the 70's and 80's with the fake looking practical and special effects. However, you can tell that the film is intentionally made this way. PG is not a nice guy and is not a protector, but he has some great one liners and is very funny as being so evil. It is sort of a Horror film but I found it to be more of a comedy. If you go into the film knowing it is very tongue-in-cheek, then I will highly recommend this film as I enjoyed it quite a bit.
