The Suicide Squad is the sequel to "Suicide Squad" which is about a group of superpowered or superhuman convicts who are released from prison in order to save the world. In this film there is a new group of Anti-heroes, including Bloodsport, Peacemaker, Ratcahter, King Shark, and they also added Harley Quinn and Red Flag from the previous film. In this story the group is released to travel to a remote island where they believe an evil extraterrestrial force may be at play. The film stars Idris Elba, Margot Robbie, John Cena, Joel Kinnaman, Sylvester Stallone and Viola Davis.
Being one of the few fans of the first films, I was actually pretty excited to see this one as well. This film was much lighter and fun from the previous one and in my opinion made it awesome! It was very funny in parts, with lots of actions and some R-rated gore as well. All of the characters were great and I really enjoyed many of the action sequences as well. My only small gripe was the "Big Monster" towards the end, as I felt it was a little cheesy for my taste. Other than that, a really good Superhero film that is R-rated! Go check it out!
