Unpregnant 2020 ★★½
I was totally digging this until about the halfway point, when it took a hard left turn into NATIONAL-LAMPOON'S-style absurdity that took me out of the movie completely, before taking yet another messy turn into PSA territory before the end. The two actresses are both excellent (I've been a big fan of Haley Lu Richardson's for a long time now, Barbie Ferreira is new to me but she is delightful), I am 100% in agreement with the film's explicitly pro-choice stance, and if this helps out any young girls in a difficult position, that's wonderful. However, as a MOVIE, I think it's a little bit too much of a mess.
