" It's creepy, squeamish and a hell of a ride!!!"
X is a new Horror Film directed by Ti West, that is set in the 1970's and is about a group of young adults in Texas who rent a boarding house in order to make a classy, X-Rated, Porno Film. The property is owned by a creepy old couple who have suspicions about the young groups intentions. The film stars Mia Goth, Jenna Ortega, Brittany Snow, Kid Cudi, Martin Henderson, and Owen Campbell.
The plot is something similar to many older horror films such as "The Texas Chain Saw Massacre" as it was intended to be. The film does take a little longer than needed for character development but once the horror starts, it's creepy, squeamish and a hell of a ride!!! I enjoyed this film a great deal and felt does everything right that "Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2022" got wrong. It's smart, scary, and the characters are all likable, and they don't do too many things that make you scratch your head in frustration. I don't give out many 4 stars out of 5, so you know this is something special!!! I highly recommend this horror film and it is one of the best horror films of the past 5 years in my opinion!
